Scrappy 29544 came to us at 11mos old on 4/10/15. His former owner can no longer care for him and the landlord has decided to not be a pet friendly renter. He is a sweet, very high energy guy that needs lots of attention and still needs to learn some manners. He lived with older children and was fine with them. He has not been exposed to cats. He had been a mark his territory type boy but is now recently neutered. He weighs around 12lbs. He is a Chihuahua mix.
